BodySpex
is committed to helping people achieve their health and fitness goals.
We believe that those goals are achieved incrementally, on a daily
basis, and that tracking—of exercise, diet, and body
composition— is the best way to measure out those increments.
Secondly, we believe that health and fitness information and personal
motivation are vital to keeping people moving toward their goals.
Toward
these ends, BodySpex was formed in June of 2002. We have developed an
award-winning, easy-to-use body composition analyzer that automatically
uploads test results to private accounts on BodySpex.com. Here, our
members track their health and fitness progress and access other health
and fitness information and resources.
BodySpex
scales are easy-to-use body composition analyzers that utilize highly
accurate BIA technology from industry-leader Tanita Corporation. The
BodySpex scale measures body fat and quickly, easily and privately. It
uploads the results to private accounts at BodySpex.com, where people
can see their progress in graphs. BodySpex scales are placed in Health
