Kiosk Award!
And the winner is... The BodySpex body fat scale. We are
very proud to announce that Monday April 10th our body fat scale
received its latest accolade - a KioskCom Excellence Award for Best
Kiosk!
We were submitted by MEI, one of the world's leading
manufacturers of electronic bill acceptors, coin mechanisms and
other unattended transaction systems, in a category of Best Kiosk
Application. Our body fat scale was chosen over two other finalists
to be awarded this honor.
KioskCom, the defining event for the self service
industry, was held at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino April 10-12th.
As a finalist, our body fat scale was displayed prominently on the
trade show floor. It was judged based on functionality, usability
and design. Winners had to demonstrate a clear and viable solution
to their market and represent an unmistakable value to their users.
Due to it's easy-to-use touch-screen design and the positive impact
our scale represents for the health and fitness of it's users, the
BodySpex scale was selected as the superior kiosk.
Justin McGilvery accepted the trophy for BodySpex.
